1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms under which BiofieldTuningNP ("Company") provides Energy Healing Services ("Services") to its clients ("Clients"). By accessing or using the Services, Clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
The services provided by BiofieldTuningNP, including Reiki, 13th Octave LaHoChi, Biofield Tuning, Intuitive guidance, Metatronic Quantum Healing, and QHHT®, are intended for personal insight, self-improvement, and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice or services. If you are seeking such services, please consult a qualified professional. When receiving Biofield Tuning, please make your practitioner aware of health conditions such as; pregnancy, presence of permanent pacemaker, active cancer/terminal illness, bipolar/schizophrenia, recent concussion, recent broken bones, or epilepsy. It is ill advised to receive QHHT® with bipolar or schizophrenia disorders.
3. Services
Energy Healing Services: The Company offers various energy healing services, including but not limited to Reiki, 13 Octave LaHoChi, Biofield Tuning, and Metatronic Quantum Healing. Adjunctive modalities such as crystals, healing sound frequency, scalar energy, and/or PEMF/photon light therapy may be used to assist in the healing process. These services aim to support and enhance the client's physical, mental, and emotional well-being but are not substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice or services.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Accuracy of Information: Clients agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration or booking process. The Company disclaims any liability arising from inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by Clients.
4.2 Health Considerations: Clients acknowledge that the energy healing services provided by the Company are complementary and alternative methods of healing, not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice or treatment. Clients should consult their healthcare provider before receiving any energy healing services, particularly if they have any existing medical conditions or concerns.
4.3 Consent to Touch: Clients understand that energy healing often involves physical contact from the practitioner in order to channel healing energies. Clients maintain the right to express physical boundaries and provide consent for any and all physical touching during sessions.
5. Payment and Cancellation
5.1 Fee Payment: Clients are responsible for paying the fees associated with the Services as specified by the Company. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or zelle, or venmo, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company.
5.2 Cancellation and Refunds: 100% refund granted in the event of cancellation with at least 24 hrs notice to the scheduled appointment.
5.3 No-Show Policy: Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Because of this, missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent that time from being offered to another client and therefore cannot be refunded. Thank you for honoring this policy and respecting the time dedicated to your healing session.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Exclusion: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Services.
6.2 Indemnity: Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from Clients' use of the Services or any breach of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of New Jersey.
8. Modification and Severability
The Company reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at its discretion. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective. By accepting these terms and conditions, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth by BiofieldTuningNP for the Energy Healing Services.
9. Privacy Policy
BiofieldtuningNP protects the privacy and security of our clients. In line with this, we collect certain information to ensure a smooth and personalized user experience. The information we collect includes but is not limited to your name, email address, and browsing patterns. We collect this information to better understand our audience and their preferences, in order to improve our services and provide relevant content.
The information is collected through website forms, cookies, and other similar technologies. In the event the practitioner shares a testimonial with the public on social media, there will be protection of personal identifiers. If this testimonial is shared it would only be with the intention of learning and development of healing practices and will not violate confidentiality.
We treat this information with utmost care and respect, using it solely for internal purposes. We do not sell or share this information with any third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Our commitment to transparency is reflected in our Privacy Policy's Section 10, where you can find detailed information on how we handle visitor data.
As for the storage of information, we retain it for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, or until you request us to delete it. It is important to note that we take appropriate measures to secure your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
